Shipping Policy
At Titan Wave, we want your order to arrive as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase.
We offer two shipping options via DHL:
- DHL Free Shipping — 3 to 8 business days | FREE
- DHL Express Shipping — 2 to 6 business days | £4.94
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods such as public holidays.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided.
To start a return, please contact us at titanwave.fit@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
